Our Story
Duraplas began in a small Alstonville shed with a single promise: make tough, smart products that outlast the weather and the trends. Over the years we’ve shipped tens of thousands of roto-moulded solutions across Australia and overseas. Along the way, we heard the call of Aussie's asking for a pool that didn’t require deep pockets, weeks of trades, or a wide-open block. Aussie Plunge Pools™ is our answer—purpose-built shells that slot into modern life without the drama.

Every Aussie Plunge Pool™ shell is rotationally moulded in one piece from UV-stabilised, food-grade recycled polyethylene using state-of-the-art equipment. One-piece construction means no seams to split, and UV stabilisers mean the shell shrugs off harsh sun. Our engineering team designs for real-world installs—lightweight for easy placement or a single crane lift, rigid for above- or in-ground use, and council-friendly with the documentation you need.

The total cost of our diy - pool fence, small deck and the pool, pump and ladder was around 7 k.
